IntelliChoice Home Care is seeking a Client Services Representative for our home care operations.

Create and maintain relationships with nurses, patients, and patients' families to ensure optimal performance of staff to provide excellent home care. Recruit, research, interview, qualify and refer nurse candidates for openings within the company.
Build nursing staff schedules to meet needs of patients receiving home care.
Essential Job Functions and Core Responsibilities:
Recruit Nurses & Coordinate Schedules
Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
Recruit and hire registered nurses and licensed practical nurses through various sources, including the company database, internet, job boards, referrals, nursing schools, research, social media networking, direct mail and job fairs to develop a strong candidate pipeline.
Source to identify and recruit candidates for existing job orders as needed.
Gather leads and contact potential candidates within 24 hours.
Review applications and evaluate potential candidates for acceptance of the quality standards required by the company to effectively build, increase, and maintain a qualified candidate pool.
Interview applicants to obtain a level of training, job skills, salary requirements and provide information about the organization and the position.
Qualify candidates for specific opportunities based on their skill set.
Evaluate candidate resumes against position requirements, develop profiles, gather and contact applicant on all missing credentials.
Educate potential candidates about company programs and benefits.
Facilitate the hiring process, which includes interviewing and screening candidates.
Obtain staff availability and build schedules monthly.
Maintain and build rapport with candidates and patients.
Uphold company’s commitment to quality and compliance.
Adhere to federal and state laws and relevant healthcare program requirements.
Adhere to company policies and Code of Conduct.
Identify and communicate areas of risk and potential improvement opportunities.
Previous Customer Service experience (Minimum 2 years)
Ability to function as a team member in competitive team environment

Strong organizational skills
Previous healthcare industry experience
Staffing or sales experience
